Trey Kibe Ranked Ninth by PA Power Wrestling

Trey Kibe of Mifflin County is ranked ninth by PA Power Wrestling in its annual Top Incoming Freshmen list.

Kibe, a two-time PJW state champion, will make his varsity debut for the Huskies at the Warwick Duals on Saturday, December  9.

Here is what PA Power Wrestling had to say about Trey:

“2x Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling State Champion Trey Kibe will join a Mifflin County program that has one of the State’s top wrestlers in Trent Hidlay. Trey will benefit greatly from working out and learning from the PIAA State Champion in his freshman season. He is a 3x MAWA Eastern National Medalist and Super 32 Challenge Middle School medalist. He will have multiple chances to prove his worth this season with Tournaments such as King of the Mountain and POWERade on the schedule for Mifflin County. Kibe could compete up at 152 lbs. with room to drop in the post-season to 147 lbs. where he will battle for a spot in Hershey. Don’t be surprised if Trey sneaks onto the State podium in March as he continues to improve, especially with Trent Hidlay around.”
